DEAL DONE | Aeternus was the advisor of Wepublic in its acquisition by SEC Newgate
SEC Newgate becomes the new owner of Wepublic, one of the largest Dutch consultancies in communications and public affairs. With SEC Newgate, Wepublic will realize its ambitions to continue to grow and stay ahead with its unique data-driven approach.The current owners of Wepublic, Maaike van Hooidonk and Mark van den Anker, will retain their positions within the company and will join the Board of Directors of SEC Newgate.
Marco Akkermans, Koen van Bussel and Mika van Helden of Aeternus assisted Wepublic with the sale of their company.
Maaike van Hooidonk explains their decision for the takeover.
