IT Due Diligence

Production Due Diligence

The PDD is focused on identifying and signaling risks and improvement opportunities of production assets, production processes and production organization. Overdue maintenance, the compliance or non-compliance of technical installations with safety and continuity requirements, but also production effectiveness and possible production improvements have a significant impact on the future cash flows of production companies.

Commercial Due Diligence

The CDD is a study of the market of the company being sold or bought. It determines how strong the position of the company is in the market. Also, the growth opportunities of the company are measured against the expected market developments and competitive relationships. All this is based on a solid analysis of turnover and purchases.
