Peter has been working at Aeternus BV since the beginning of 2011. He has been a partner and director since November 2011. He held several management positions in the past and, prior to starting at Aeternus BV, acted as the managing director of ING Business Bank for the region of Limburg, where he was responsible for accounts in the SME and mid-corporate segment.

With a background in engineering in the field of process control engineering and electronics, Peter started his professional career in the business services industry with the recruitment and selection of highly qualified engineering personnel at a subdivision of Brunel. After a few years he transferred to ING. In 2003 Peter completed his studies as a Master of Financial Planning (MFP), for which ‘Ethics in the Financial Services Sector’ was the subject of his dissertation.

This is generally with a view to a future sale or transfer, but I also help them increase their returns, conduct investment analyses and offer support in the creation of value. These activities often run parallel to the active acquisition of companies on the brink of a sales process.’

Roy Joppen is a Partner at Aeternus. In this role, he supports entrepreneurs through the various stages of their business. By combining strong substantive involvement with a keen eye for the entrepreneur’s personal and family circumstances, he provides guidance in dealmaking and other strategic matters.

Jacques is the founder Aeternus BV, and one of the firm’s partners. Before he founded Aeternus at the end of 2005, Jacques held several management positions in the banking sector and was employed as the CFO of a leading manufacturing company in the metalworking industry. He studied Economics at the University of Tilburg, and was conferred the title of Register Valuator in 2003. A Register Valuator is a financial specialist with a thorough knowledge of and expertise in the field of business valuation. Jacques is also associated with the TIASNimbas business school as a mentor. He advises and mentors future Register Valuators in writing the final valuation report (thesis) that concludes their Master’s degree programme in business valuation.

Maurice has been working at Aeternus BV since the beginning of 2015. Previously, he spent eight years at a mid-size multidisciplinary accountancy and consultancy firm and successfully completed several takeover, management buy-in and buy-out, and advisory projects as a corporate finance advisor.

After completing his studies in International Business Administration at the University of Maastricht and the University of California, he started his career in 2004 as a trainee at an international retailer, after which he moved on to one of the Netherlands’ leading temporary agencies as a consultant for companies in the shipping, food and manufacturing industries. In 2007 Maurice joined W|VDB Corporate Finance as a corporate finance advisor.

Bas has been employed at Aeternus as a Corporate Finance Advisor since April 2009, and became a partner in November 2011. He has more than fifteen years of experience as a financial specialist in the banking sector. Moreover Bas has been active for fifteen years in assisting in mergers and acquisitions, performing business valuations and providing value enhancement advice for companies. Bas has already successfully guided more than 100 acquisition transactions in de small-and mid-corporate market.

In addition to studying Business Economics, Bas has completed several training courses in takeover and acquisition financing. In 2011 he obtained an Executive Master’s degree in Business Valuation at the Rotterdam Erasmus University. Bas is also a Register Valuator.

Bart de Volder is a Partner at Aeternus, where he advises entrepreneurs on mergers, acquisitions, and business succession. With a background as a Registered Valuator and extensive experience in valuations, M&A strategies, and financial analysis, he supports companies in making strategic growth decisions and executing complex transactions. Thanks to his broad sector experience and strong analytical expertise, Bart is known as a driven dealmaker who helps entrepreneurs realise maximum value.

Carlo has been active at Aeternus since 2013. In January 2021 he acquired the role of Advisor Corporate Finance and he became a partner in April 2023. He has over 9 years of experience in assisting mergers and acquisitions, performing business valuation and -financing and advising with regard to value creation.

He completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s in Finance at the University of Maastricht and Göteborg University (Sweden).

After almost 12 years as a business account manager in banking, Bert worked at Aeternus from 2011 to August 2018 as Head of Valuations. He then re-established and expanded the valuation practice in Eindhoven for EY Strategy and Transactions until April 2023. From 1 May 2023, Bert is back at Aeternus, as a partner, where he is responsible for the valuation practice and client projects.

Bert was further elected as Business Valuator of the Year 2020 and holds a cum laude Master in Finance and a Master in Business Valuation. As a Registered Valuator, he is affiliated with the Netherlands Institute of Registered Valuators (NiRV) where he is also a member of the Admissions Committee and Disciplinary Board.

Geert Smets has 25 years of experience working with SMEs and their management teams across nearly all sectors. “Since 2020, I have specialised in the Industrial Manufacturing and Building & Construction sectors, resulting in a strong and relevant network within these industries. This knowledge and network are applied in my role as a sparring partner. That means providing guidance in sales and (family) succession, growth (including through acquisitions), value creation, and financing challenges.”

Rob started working at Aeternus BV in May 2017. Before joining Aeternus Rob was employed at ING as a Senior Consultant Acquisition Finance & Structured Lending in Eindhoven. At ING he was responsible for the structuring and execution of complex financing cases in the area of M&A and growth financing for the SME and mid corporate market segment, but also for PE Funds and informal investors.

He earned his bachelor degree in International Business at Tilburg University and furthermore he spent a semester at Trinity College in Dublin as an exchange student. Following an internship at the company, in which he wrote his master thesis, he earned his master degree in Strategic Management and joined CapitalMind Corporate Finance in ’s Hertogenbosch as a Corporate Finance analyst in 2007.

In 2024, Rob achieved the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) accreditation at EACVA in Frankfurt.

Lieke has a financial background with her Master’s degree in Finance, which she completed at Tilburg University. In addition, she pursued advanced courses in M&A and Venture Capital at McMaster University in Canada.

Lieke joined Aeternus on 1 September 2014. Her tasks include compiling analyses and valuation and finance reports. In addition to this, she provides fiscal and legal support in acquisition and sales transactions, contributes proposals and coordinates details with specialists.

Tom has joined Aeternus in the beginning of 2021 as Manager Corporate Finance. Before he has worked six years for a Big Four accounting firm and was involved in the advisory and audit of as well international multinationals as regional small and midsize enterprises. Tom has since grown into the role Director Corporate Finance.

Tom graduated for his bachelor degree International Business Economics in 2010 and for his Master in Finance at Tilburg University in 2013. Furthermore, Tom completed his post-bachelor accountancy (AA) in 2019.

Koen started as a intern at Aeternus in March 2017. After completing his bachelor’s degree, Koen joined the company as Analyst Corporate Finance. He has since progressed to the position of Director Corporate Finance. Koen studied Tax Economics and Finance at Tilburg University.”

Niek has been with Aeternus since October 2019 as Director Corporate Finance. Before that, he worked for five years at Rabobank as an advisor. Within Aeternus, he has specialised in the Industrial Manufacturing and Healthcare (dental care) sectors, which has led to the successful completion of various business transfers. His extensive sector knowledge and transaction experience within these markets enable him to achieve the optimal deal structure and outcome for clients.

Niek gets energy by connecting parties to each other in order to achieve the best result.

Joeri completed the masters in Economics and Finance at Tilburg University. After his studies Joeri joined Aeternus as Analyst Corporate Finance and since September 2022 as Manager Corporate Finance. Joeri has since grown into the role Director Corporate Finance.

Ernst has been working at Aeternus since September 2015 (and its predecessor firm Newtone). He studied Financial Management at the VU in Amsterdam and later obtained a master’s degree in Business Valuation at TIAS. As a Certified Valuator, he is a member of the Dutch Institute for Certified Valuators (NiRV), where he is also a member of the Admissions Committee.

Ernst specializes in valuation work related to business successions and employee participations. He performs this work for SMEs as well as larger companies and private equity firms. In addition to valuing shares, Ernst also focuses on valuing more complex financial instruments, such as shareholder loans, preferred shares, options, and growth shares. In these engagements, he combines his financial knowledge with his tax knowledge, which always come together in these cases. By combining both areas, he is able to maintain a good overview of the whole picture.

As Director Corporate Finance at Aeternus, Michel Pols advises clients on buy‑ and sell‑side transactions, succession planning and valuation matters.

Michel began his career as an account manager in the banking sector, but soon discovered that the dynamics of M&A transactions suited him far better. Since 2002, he has been advising and supporting family‑owned businesses and owner‑managed companies on a wide range of corporate finance issues. His work often focuses on the (future) sale or transfer of businesses, as well as on growth strategies through acquisitions.

Even after many successfully completed transactions, every assignment remains unique and challenging to Michel. In particular, the human factor behind a successful deal and the often complex dynamics within family businesses are what make him enjoy his work every day.

Dex works at Aeternus as Director Corporate Finance since October 2018. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics at Avans Hogeschool ‘s-Hertogenbosch in 2016. He then started his Masters in Strategic Management at Tilburg University, which he completed in 2018.

Dex gained work experience during his studies at companies such as DLL Group and Mars Nederland B.V.

Jan Willem joined Aeternus as Senior Manager Corporate Finance in 2024. Before that he worked for 7 years at Rabobank & PwC and as an advisor, he supported several entrepreneurs with mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, external financing, and value enhancement.

Jan Willem completed studies in Finance, Business Economics and Law at the University of Groningen.

Maartje has been working for Aeternus as a Legal Analyst Corporate Finance since November 2018 and later she progressed to the position of Legal Manager Corporate Finance. She graduated at Tilburg University and has a bachelor and master degree in respectively Law & Management and Business Law. During her studies she completed an internship at Boels Zanders Advocaten in Venlo and spent a semester at Northwest University in South Africa following various courses related to business economics and law.

Mika has completed the masters Strategic Corporate Finance and Marketing-Finance at Maastricht University. During those studies, he has worked together with ING and the Academic Hospital of Maastricht to find and evaluate healthcare start-ups. Additionally, he has researched the role of sustainability on M&A performance and synergy creation. Through those experiences, he has gained a large interest in the field of M&A. Mika has begun working from September 2021 as Analyst Corporate Finance. Meanwhile, Mika is working as Manager Corporate Finance.

Ingmar completed his master’s degree in Financial Economics at Maastricht University. Prior, he studied one semester as an exchange student at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada, which was a part of his bachelor’s degree. Having done internships in the fields of Financial Risk Management at KPMG and Investment Banking at NIBC Bank, he sees M&A as an engaging, next challenge. Ingmar joined Aeternus January 2022 and is now working as Manager Corporate Finance.

Max joined Aeternus in February 2025 as a Manager in Corporate Finance, where he advises clients on the structuring and execution of M&A. Prior to this, he worked nearly four years at EY as a Strategic Finance Consultant, supporting a diverse range of clients across the commercial- and public sector and healthcare. His focus was on Financial Strategy, Public Debt Advisory, and Real Estate Valuation. Max holds a financial background and obtained his MSc in Finance from Tilburg University.

Geoffrey has completed the master Strategic Corporate Finance at the University of Maastricht in 2021, before which he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. During his studies he developed a special interest in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), which led him to start working in the M&A world. After a tour through South America, Geoffrey joined Aeternus as Manager Corporate Finance in May 2022.

Bo has been with Aeternus since November 2025 as Manager Corporate Finance. Prior to joining Aeternus, she gained experience in advising on mergers and acquisitions at Hogenhouck M&A and KPMG. Bo previously completed her master’s degrees in Finance & Investments and Business Information Management at Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Luc has been working at Aeternus since 2025 and is now working as Manager Corporate Finance. Before that, he gained experience at various consulting firms, where he was involved in restructurings, financing processes, and due diligence investigations.

Inspired by entrepreneurs and their businesses, Luc helps companies move forward through sharp analyses and a practical approach. With a background in both physics and business, he combines analytical thinking with managerial insight.

In 2022, he completed the master’s programme International Business – Entrepreneurship & Business Development at Maastricht University, after obtaining his bachelor’s degree in Physics.

As a former pro athlete with an international background Ryan finds purpose in helping the people behind the businesses navigate complex valuations and M&A processes, doing so since joining Aeternus in 2017. Prior to Aeternus, Ryan studied Economics at Bowdoin College (USA) and Tilburg University (NL), where he obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degrees while also playing ice hockey at a high level.

Currently a Manager Corporate Finance, Ryan combines a team-first mindset, discipline and persistence with his technical knowledge to be of added value to clients aiming to realize (family) succession plans, restructurings, acquisitions, sales and employee participations.

Coming from an entrepreneurial family, Madelon understands the importance of timely reflection on future strategic decisions. With a sharp eye for both the entrepreneur and the underlying numbers, she guides M&A processes with care and thorough preparation. Her approach is defined by forward thinking, structure and personal attention.

Madelon has been with Aeternus since 2020 and holds the position of Manager Corporate Finance. Over the years, she has been involved in a wide range of M&A transactions and has also built broad experience in audit and assurance, due diligence and valuations. Madelon combines practical experience with a solid academic foundation. She obtained a Master’s degree in Finance from Tilburg University and completed additional advanced courses in finance and entrepreneurship at the University of Victoria (Canada).

Pascal Hartmann is a Manager Corporate Finance and supports entrepreneurs with mergers, acquisitions, and valuation. Having grown up in an entrepreneurial family, he has a deep understanding of what is at stake – not just from a business perspective, but on a personal level as well.

He has been with Aeternus (and its legal predecessor Newtone) since 2019. Over the years, he has developed into a dedicated advisor who brings clarity and composure to often high-stakes processes. He takes the time to truly get to know entrepreneurs and understands that decisions are driven by more than just numbers.

With his sharp perspective and approachable style, Pascal makes complex processes clear and manageable. He easily balances analytical insight with intuition, while keeping a strong focus on the people involved. This ensures that transactions are not only successfully completed, but also feel right for everyone at the table.

Juliën completed his Master’s in Finance at Tilburg University in 2018 and subsequently began his career in the field of M&A. Prior to that, he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, which included a semester abroad at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok. Juliën currently works as a Manager Corporate Finance at Aeternus.

Peter has been working at Aeternus as a Senior Analyst Corporate Finance since June 2008. Before taking this step, Peter was a financial manager at two SMEs engaged in international operations. Backed by twenty-five years of experience, Peter’s specialist fields are controlling, cost prices, automation and data analysis. Peter has completed various studies at university of applied sciences level.

Bas joined Aeternus in March 2023 as a senior analyst Corporate Finance. Previously, he worked at APG as an Investment specialist – Fundamental Equity, prior to that he worked at ABN AMRO and EY. Bas completed his Master’s degree in Accounting at Tilburg University. In 2021, after completing the third exam and meeting the right experience, he obtained his CFA title.

An analyst can lose himself in complex analysis, jargon and other complicated matters. That is why I see it as my task, and that also gives me satisfaction in my job, to bring complex matters back to the core. I like to take the entrepreneur along in a concise story and a high-quality valuation, which justifies the value of the company. I am convinced that this ensures a pleasant cooperation with the entrepreneur and will ultimately ensure the best result”.

After completing his Master’s in Corporate Finance at the University of Amsterdam, Bas started working at a Tax & Finance firm in Amsterdam at the end of 2020. Here, he gained insights into all aspects of the business world. Ultimately, Bas advanced to the position of Business & M&A Consultant before joining Aeternus in mid-2024.

After 15 years in accountancy, during which she gained exposure to a broad range of businesses, she transitioned to the Corporate Finance practice (at the predecessors) of Newtone. Since 1 January 2026, she has been primarily focused on business valuations at Aeternus. With her background in business administration, her particular interest lies in Value Based Management.

By carefully analysing a company’s value drivers and their impact on valuation outcomes, entrepreneurs can actively steer the growth of a future-proof business. Adjusting the right “levers” leads to stronger returns and an attractive valuation upon exit.

Claudia holds a degree in Policy and Organisation Sciences and graduated cum laude with a Master’s in Business Valuation. As a Register Valuator, she is affiliated with the Dutch Institute of Registered Valuators (NiRV).

After completing his Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Tim also successfully completed his Master’s degree in Finance at Tilburg University. He was an intern at Aeternus and since 1 January 2023, Tim joined Aeternus as a corporate finance analyst.

After completing his bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Tim also successfully completed the masters in Finance and Strategic Management from Tilburg University. During his bachelor, Tim completed an internship within Heineken’s finance department. Since May 1, 2023, Tim has joined Aeternus as a Corporate Finance analyst.

Luc has been working at Aeternus as an Analyst Corporate Finance since November 2024. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and is currently finalizing his Master’s in Finance & Investments at the same institution. During his Bachelor’s program, he participated in an exchange at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina (USA), where he focused primarily on corporate finance topics. Additionally, Luc gained work experience at Deloitte, where he was involved in preparing audit reports for publicly listed companies, and at JouwWeb, where he worked in a dynamic start-up environment.

Stef has been working at Aeternus as a Corporate Finance Analyst since January 2025. Prior to joining Aeternus, he worked as an Analyst at BDO. During his studies, Stef served as a board member of the Tilburg Career Days, one of the largest recruitment events in the Netherlands. He completed both his Master’s in Finance and his Bachelor’s in Business Economics at Tilburg University. It was during this time that his interest in M&A grew, ultimately leading him to start his career at Aeternus.

Trijntje is an Analyst Corporate Finance at Aeternus and contributes to the full merger and acquisition process. She combines financial analysis, strategic insight and market knowledge to support entrepreneurs in making key growth decisions. With a background in Finance and a strong curiosity about the business world, she plays a valuable role in the success of transactions.

Olivier has been working at Aeternus as an Intern Analyst Corporate Finance since September 2025. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and is currently pursuing Master’s degrees in Finance & Investments and Strategic Management at the same university. Previously, he completed an internship at Heineken Global Supply Chain, where he focused on CAPEX benchmarking and developing dashboards to support investment decisions. During his studies, he gained international experience through projects in strategy, financial analysis, valuations, and private equity. This period also sparked his interest in M&A.

Eveline completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, followed by a Master’s degree in Economics at Tilburg University. She joined Aeternus in October 2025, starting as an intern, and has held the position of Corporate Finance Analyst since January 2026.

Juliënne has been working at Aeternus Corporate Finance as an Analyst since January 2025. She completed both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Econometrics at Maastricht University. After graduating, she initially gained experience as a Data Analyst and Business Intelligence Specialist before transitioning into corporate finance.

Juliënne combines strong analytical skills with a structured and meticulous approach, resulting in clear analyses and well-substantiated advice. In her current role, she supports, among other things, business valuations, buy- and sell-side transactions, and market analyses.

Teun Leermakers has been working at Aeternus Corporate Finance in Amsterdam since September 2025. As an Analyst, he supports the Valuations team and contributes to various M&A projects. Teun completed his bachelor’s degree in Economics & Business Economics with a specialization in Accountancy at Maastricht University. During his studies, he gained valuable experience in the Audit practice as a working student at Deloitte. He subsequently obtained his MSc in Strategic Corporate Finance from the same university. This combination of academic and practical experience has enabled Teun to further deepen his financial expertise and analytical skill set. With a strong sense of enthusiasm, he enjoys delving into complex Corporate Finance challenges.

“Thom obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Tax and Advice at Fontys University of Applied Sciences, giving him a broad financial foundation. During this programme, he completed the ‘M&A Advisory’ minor at HAN University of Applied Sciences, where he further specialised in business valuations and mergers and acquisitions. He gained his first experience in corporate finance during an internship at Newtone Corporate Finance, where he continued working as a Junior Advisor in 2025. Since January 2026, Thom has been continuing his career at Aeternus as an Analyst in Corporate Finance.”

Raoul has been working at Aeternus as an Analyst Corporate Finance since October 2022. In this role, he supports entrepreneurs and shareholders in mergers and acquisitions, valuation matters, and financing processes.

His interest in business processes and strategic decision-making developed during his studies in Industrial Engineering & Management, which he successfully completed in 2022. During his studies, he gained experience in both strategic and operational projects at Aspen Pharma Group.

Driven by the stories and ambitions of entrepreneurs, Raoul combines strong analytical skills with a broad business and financial foundation to provide well-substantiated advice. In May 2025, he obtained CFA Level I. Alongside his work at Aeternus, he is pursuing a part-time Master of Science in Management at Nyenrode Business University.

Sten Smit has been with Aeternus Corporate Finance since January 2026 as an Analyst. In this role, he supports the team with business valuations, M&A transactions, and a wide range of strategic matters. Sten obtained his Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Eindhoven and went on to complete a Master’s in Strategic Corporate Finance at Maastricht University. In 2023, he started his career at Newtone, Aeternus’ sister organisation, as a Junior Corporate Finance Advisor, where he gained broad experience across the discipline.

Having grown up on his parents’ agricultural business, Teun understands that results come from hard work and common sense. This down-to-earth mindset forms the foundation of his approach when supporting entrepreneurs in complex situations. During his studies at Tilburg University, he joined Aeternus in 2022 as a working student, and remained with the firm after completing both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Economics and Finance, respectively.

Sebastiaan studied Finance at Tilburg University (CFA Track) and previously obtained a bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration. During and after his studies, he gained broad experience within Corporate Finance. At Newtone, he worked as an intern and junior advisor, where he was involved in business valuations, financial analyses, and M&A transactions. This experience further deepened his interest in strategic decision-making and value creation.

An analytical approach and strong attention to detail are central to his work, enabling him to translate complex financial information into clear and actionable insights.

Chaima Mhand Yamna has been working at Aeternus Corporate Finance as an Analyst since January 2026. In this role, she supports the team primarily with business valuations, financial analyses, and various strategic assignments. Chaima obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam and continued her studies with a master’s degree in Financial Economics at the same university. In January 2024, she started her career at Newtone as a junior corporate finance advisor, the sister organization of Aeternus, where she gained broad experience within the field.

Juul aan de Stegge joined Aeternus Corporate Finance in Eindhoven in February 2026 as an M&A intern. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration and is currently completing her Master’s degree in Finance at Tilburg University.

During her studies, Juul gained broad practical experience, including an internship at Coca-Cola within the marketing & sales domain. In addition, she served on the board of Tilburg Career Days, one of the largest recruitment events in the Netherlands, and she is currently active as a student strategy consultant at Young Advisory Group.

Throughout her academic journey, Juul has developed a strong interest in M&A and broader financial topics. During her internship at Aeternus, she aims to apply this interest in practice and further deepen her expertise within the field of mergers and acquisitions.

Rachele has been part of the Aeternus team since 2018, joining full-time after earning her Bachelor’s degree in 2020. Together with the management team, she develops and implements the marketing and sales strategy. Through digital marketing, she supports the entire commercial process and enhances Aeternus’s visibility as the leading M&A player in the Netherlands.

Rachele studied Marketing and Communication Management at Hogeschool Schoevers in Utrecht.

Jort has been working at Aeternus since August 2023. Where he started as an intern, he has been a permanent part of the Marketing & Communications department since January 2024. Jort is mainly responsible for online marketing and communications activities within Aeternus. Besides marketing, Jort is also closely involved in value management as a result of his internship.

In February 2024, Jort completed his Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Economics at Zuyd University of Applied Sciences.

Judith Peeters is working at Aeternus since 2007. She is responsible for all work carried out in support of the management team. Judith is also in charge of all activities with regard to business communications, including seminars, presentations, the Aeternus website and the company newsletter.

Judith studied Business Communication at the University of Nijmegen and has worked for various companies as a management assistant.

Indy has been working at Aeternus since Januari 2024 in the Marketing & Communications department after graduating. She is partly responsible for online marketing and communication. Her tasks include managing the social media channels and the website of Aeternus, she also helps with the organisation of events.

Indy studied Communication at Hogeschool Fontys in Eindhoven.

Coen has been working at Aeternus as an Analyst Corporate Finance since March 6th 2017 and progressed to Financial Controller. After completing his studies Commercial Economics at the HEAO in Sittard and Business Economics (International Management) at the University of Maastricht, he accrued more than 20 years of expertise and experience in Corporate Finance by working as a Financing Specialist, Credit Risk Analyst and Risk Manager at Rabobank.

As a Management Assistant and HR Officer, I ensure that processes run smoothly and colleagues feel supported, from their very first day and throughout everything that follows. With an eye for detail and a genuine focus on people, I make a difference behind the scenes. I safeguard oversight, structure and continuity, and within HR I work on optimising processes, with innovative AI applications playing a key role. Janine has been with Aeternus since 2001 (and its predecessor firms Koenen en Co and Newtone). After completing her studies at Schoevers in Eindhoven, she joined the firm. Together with the office team, she is responsible for providing broad organisational support across Aeternus.
